The bestselling author is the headliner of the fourth edition of the The Independent Bath Literature Festival that was inaugurated last weekend. On her event this Friday, March 8, J.K. Rowling will discuss her latest book, The Casual Vacancy.

The blurb for the highly-anticipated chat reads:

J.K. Rowling needs no introduction. A storyteller like no other, she has brought the pleasure of reading to a whole generation, and we are delighted to welcome her to Bath to talk about her first novel for adults ‘The Casual Vacancy’. This is an opportunity to meet one of the bestselling authors of all time.

This editor will be travelling right into England to attend the event and will bring you all the coverage, from pictures to quotes of the author herself. The on-stage talk will be conducted by the Festival’s Director and Mrs. Rowling’s friend, James Runcie. Tickets for the event sold out several weeks ago.

Runcie is the journalist behind the TV specials J.K. Rowling: A Year in the Life (2007) and J.K. Rowling: Writing For Grown-Ups (2012).
